SAPARD Investment

Lefrumarin Butchery is situated in Miclosoara, Baraolt city in Covasna county. The complex was founded in 2000, and in 2007 it was modernised by an 1.000.000 euro SAPARD investment.

EU Norms

The butchery functions entirely according to the EU norms. Furthermore, it is authorised for intra-community exchange, having an oval stamp with the number RO 180 C.E.

Latest Equipment

The butchery is equipped with the latest equipment and installations:

  • mondern line for portioning and preparing
  • auto park with 10 frigorific station wagons
  • sewage treatment unit
  • own laboratory for analysis in the phase of RENAR authorisation
  • video surveillance

Quality and Hygiene

Quality and hygiene is ensured by our specialized personnel, so that our products fulfil all quality standards.

Among the 29 employees, the butchery has a butchery capacity of 200 pork heads/ 8 hours.

Commercialized products are pig carcasses and pork organs.
